We organize a meeting to define the scope of the project to ensure that both our client and our teams are aware of the requirements and timing. This scope is the base of the forthcoming SLA.
Build
The chosen solutions are implemented and tested. We keep in touch during the project with our clients to make sure that our work complies with the scope and SLA.
Maintain
Once your applications, networks and services are running smoothly, we follow up on potential threats to guarantee the highest level of availability. When necessary we keep track of problems and meet with our customers to define the next steps that need to be taken.
